To further advance high‑quality cancer prevention and treatment in Gansu Province and facilitate the distribution of specialized cancer care resources to the grassroots level, the "Mother's River" Cancer Prevention Public Service Initiative – Expert Outreach Program was successfully carried out in two cities. On June 12, the program took place at Jiuquan People's Hospital; on June 13, the expert team continued with a public free clinic at the CNNC 404 Hospital in Jiayuguan. The initiative was organized by the Bethune Charitable Foundation and co‑hosted by the Lanzhou Campus of Gansu Wuwei Cancer Hospital, Jiuquan People's Hospital, and the CNNC 404 Hospital in Jiayuguan.
