He holds several key positions, including Standing Committee Member of the Nasopharyngeal Cancer Prevention and Treatment Branch of the China International Exchange and Promotion Association for Health, and Vice Chairman of the Head and Neck Tumor Molecular Diagnosis and Treatment Committee of the Beijing Anti-Cancer Association. Additionally, he serves as an editorial board member for journals such as *Chinese Journal of Metastatic Tumors* and *Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery*, as well as an expert for Beijing's tender evaluation and medical record quality review, consistently guiding the direction of radiotherapy technology at the national level.

In clinical practice, Professor Liu Yuanzhao's expertise aligns precisely with the center's needs. With years of deep experience in tumor radiotherapy, he specializes particularly in the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck tumors, having performed X-ray stereotactic radiotherapy for nearly a thousand such cases. In recent years, he has focused on high-dose irradiation for early-stage tumors and guided intensity-modulated radiotherapy, successfully achieving curative outcomes for elderly cancer patients.

During ward rounds, Professor Liu Yuanzhao actively engaged with clinical departments, collaborating closely with the center's medical team on case discussions. He meticulously analyzed each patient's imaging data, traced the progression of their conditions, and dynamically optimized treatment plans by integrating cutting-edge international diagnostic and therapeutic standards. This ensures that patients in Northwest China can access high-quality medical services on par with international standards right at their doorstep.

As a leading expert deeply dedicated to the field of thyroid and breast tumor surgery, Professor Yu Jianjun's professional credentials demonstrate both depth and breadth—he is not only the Chief Expert in Thyroid and Breast Surgery at the People's Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region but also holds several prestigious honors, including serving as a member of the Thyroid Tumor Ablation Technology Expert Group of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and being the inaugural discipline leader in oncology surgery at Ningxia Medical University.

In clinical practice, he pioneered over ten core techniques in Ningxia, such as thermal ablation for thyroid and parathyroid tumors, fully endoscopic axillary approach thyroid surgery, and endoscopy-assisted radical surgery for early-stage differentiated thyroid cancer. His expertise covers the entire spectrum of thyroid and breast tumor treatment, including minimally invasive therapies, radical surgeries, breast reconstruction, and interventional treatments for advanced-stage tumors, establishing a comprehensive and cutting-edge diagnosis and treatment system.

On the very day he joined, Professor Yu Jianjun quickly immersed himself in clinical work, successfully performing ultrasound-guided puncture surgery and providing patients with precise diagnostic and therapeutic services through his exceptional skills.

In recent years, Gansu Wuwei Cancer Hospital has achieved significant milestones in advancing the Heavy Ion Therapy Alliance and establishing 50 expert workstations.
