Presiding Experts
This specialized training established a city‑wide academic exchange platform for nursing, helping nursing staff update their concepts of humanistic care, refine nurse‑patient communication skills, and standardize specialized intravenous therapy procedures such as PICC. It effectively strengthened the professional foundation of nursing staff and provided strong support for advancing the homogenization and standardization of nursing quality across the city.

Going forward, Gansu Wuwei Cancer Hospital will leverage the municipal nursing quality control platform to systematically implement its annual work plans, routinely conduct specialized nursing training and academic exchange activities, and continue to promote humanistic nursing concepts and standardized specialized clinical procedures. It will further refine the nursing quality management system, deepen regional nursing academic collaboration and technical sharing, and provide nursing services that combine humanistic warmth with professional standards — steadily supporting the development of nursing services across the city and safeguarding the health of the community.
