Wuwei Heavy Ion Center wins multiple honors in the National Internet of Things Competition, opening a new era in the construction of smart hospitals

On March 15, 2025, the sixth Hospital IoT Conference & Products Exhibition, organized by the Hospital IoT Branch of the China Association of Medical Equipment, was grandly inaugurated at Chongqing International Expo Center. The event gathered experts, enterprise representatives, and medical institutions from global healthcare IoT sector to explore innovative applications and development trends of IoT technologies in medical fields.

During the opening ceremony, our hospital’s anthem, "Sunshine of Love", was selected as the official theme song of the conference, highlighting our institution’s unique commitment to medical culture and humanistic care. The song not only conveys the compassion of medical professionals but also symbolizes how IoT technology illuminates every corner of medical services like sunlight.

At the 2025 Hospital IoT Application Innovation Awards Ceremony, our hospital stood out among over 80 national entries and secured First Prize in the Hospital IoT Application Innovation Competition (Medical Services Category) for the project titled "Intelligent Nursing Composite Applications Based on a New-Generation Multidimensional Smart Mobile Workstation". This prestigious accolade fully demonstrates our hospital’s exceptional capabilities in IoT-driven innovation and serves as high recognition for our ongoing efforts to advance healthcare digitalization

It is worth mentioning that Guan Zhaoyu, our vice president, was awarded the title of "Top Ten Contributors to Hospital IoT Application Innovation in 2025" at this conference. During the academic exchange session, Vice President Guan Zhaoyu delivered an insightful lecture titled "Construction and Exploration of China's First Trinity Smart Hospital Integrated with Heavy Ion Medical System".
