To provide meaningful care for the physical and mental health of frontline workers and to build a bridge between emergency medical care and highway enforcement, our hospital partnered with the Wuwei Collaboration Zone of the Gansu Provincial Highway Transport Enforcement Team to hold a joint exchange event at the Wuwei Heavy Ion Center. The event integrated psychological counseling, first‑aid training, and legal awareness education. Medical staff and transport enforcement personnel learned from each other, shared expertise, and worked together to build a strengthened line of defense for highway traffic safety.

At the start of the event, the transport enforcement team visited the Wuwei Heavy Ion Center to experience psychological wellness activities, including relaxation exercises, emotional release sessions, and mindfulness meditation. Drawing on the high‑stress nature of the enforcement profession, our hospital's rehabilitation psychology team delivered targeted stress management and sleep science lectures. They shared simple, practical techniques for everyday stress relief, providing frontline law enforcement personnel with dedicated, compassionate psychological support tailored to their needs.

Practical First-Aid Training to Master Solid On-Site Rescue Skills

In sudden road incidents, timely and standardized first aid is crucial for saving lives. Our hospital's emergency medical team provided on‑site instruction and demonstration of key first‑aid skills, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), wound bandaging, and AED operation. They broke down each step in detail. Transport enforcement personnel then took turns practicing in groups, with instructors providing real‑time corrections on technique, ensuring they gained proficiency in the full sequence of on‑scene emergency care.
