The nurse saw the elderly person lying in bed, inquired about the patient's condition, measured the patient's blood pressure, filled out the informed consent form for home nursing services, and explained the purpose and significance of the operation to the patient to obtain their cooperation. The family signed the consent form, and the nurse encouraged and comforted the patient to cooperate. After completing all the necessary work for the patient, the nurse successfully inserted the urinary catheter for the patient according to the standard operating procedures. The patient and the family were very grateful and excitedly said, "It is because of you that the patient's suffering has been reduced to the minimum."
