【Good News】Deputy Director Zhang Fulin from Our Hospital's Hepatobiliary Center Wins First Prize in Provincial Case Competition

On August 14, 2025, the "Meet Hepatitis B" 2025 Clinical Cure Case Competition for Chronic Hepatitis B (Gansu Division), part of the [Jumei Ruiyi-Medical Development Special Project-Academic Program in Digestive and Liver Diseases], sponsored by the Beijing Chen Jumei Foundation, was successfully held in Lanzhou. Deputy Director Zhang Fulin from the Fourth Department of Liver Diseases at the Hepatobiliary Center of our hospital stood out in the fierce competition and won first place in the division. This participation not only showcased our hospital’s practical achievements in the clinical cure of hepatitis B but also, through experience sharing and academic exchange, effectively enhanced the presentation skills of young physicians. It established a platform for sharing diagnosis and treatment experiences in liver diseases, playing a significant role in advancing regional hepatology discipline development.

The Hepatobiliary Center of Wuwei Cancer Hospital is currently a national demonstration base for hepatobiliary disease prevention and treatment technology. It comprehensively conducts clinical and research work in areas such as liver protection, antiviral therapy, artificial liver, surgical procedures, interventional and minimally invasive treatments, iodine seed implantation, targeted immunotherapy, cellular immunotherapy, and stem cell transplantation for hepatobiliary diseases.
