The Radiation Therapy Department has entered a 3-year national clinical key specialty construction cycle, and the Oncology Department has passed on-site acceptance as a provincial clinical key discipline. The hospital has been approved as: Provincial Model Stroke Prevention and Treatment Center (Comprehensive Stroke Center), Certified by China's Chest Pain Center for Primary Hospitals. Wuwei Medical College Cancer Hospital Heavy Ion Center is China's first clinical application center for domestically developed heavy ion therapy system. Since its official clinical operation in March 2020, it has been successfully running for three years. As of now, 1,133 patients have been treated, achieving excellent therapeutic outcomes for challenging tumors in areas such as head, pancreas, and lungs, with patients coming from across the nation. The center has established China's first oncology rehabilitation town, featuring a comprehensive, whole-life-cycle health management system that integrates:
