Empowering Health Through Education, Warming Hearts Through Outreach

To further disseminate health knowledge, enhance patients' home care and chronic disease management skills, and strengthen the communication between healthcare providers and patients, our Physical Examination Center held its regular health education session on August 6, attended by patients' families and medical staff. The session used professional health education as its foundation, supplemented by on‑site interactive Q&A. While conveying scientific health concepts, it also helped bridge the gap between medical staff and patients and reinforced the foundation of high‑quality nursing care.

The health education session was hosted by Head Nurse Wan Xuejuan from our hospital. The lecture content was closely aligned with the practical needs of patients, focusing on three core themes: knowledge of tumor epidemiology, prevention and management of constipation during radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and scientific and standardized management of diabetes.
