• Medical Doctor, Doctoral Supervisor, and former Chairman of the Taiwan Society of Radiation Oncology.

​Key Professional Experience​​

• Served as Chairman of the Taiwan Society of Radiation Oncology, Professor of Radiation Oncology at Taiwan National Defense Medical College, Director of the Radiation Oncology Department at Tri-Service General Hospital, and Deputy Superintendent of Taiwan Yiren General Hospital.

• Currently a Specially Appointed Professor at Gansu Wuwei Cancer Hospital and Executive CEO of the Oncology Medical Business Group of Taiwan Chengyi Biomedical Enterprise Group, responsible for cross-strait oncology collaboration projects and technical consulting services.

​​Clinical Expertise​​

• Specializes in standardized, individualized, and multidisciplinary comprehensive treatments for tumor patients, including standardized cancer pain management.

• Expertise in integrated therapies for esophageal cancer and head/neck tumors, encompassing radiotherapy, chemotherapy, stereotactic ablative radiotherapy, radiosurgery, and palliative care.

​​Research Contributions​​

• Led 28 research projects as principal investigator over the past 20 years, published over 70 SCI papers, and focuses on head/neck cancers, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, lung cancer, and liver cancer.

• Delivered keynote speeches at more than 10 cross-strait and international academic conferences and participated in nearly 100 academic forums.

• Contributes to the advancement of heavy-ion radiotherapy technology at Wuwei Heavy Ion Center, enhancing clinical training and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Promotes cross-strait medical exchanges, integrating Taiwan’s management理念 and research methodologies into mainland institutions.
