As an Associate Chief Physician and the Director of the Fourth Department of Radiation Oncology, Dr. Dang Youquan has pursued advanced studies successively in multiple hospitals, including Beijing 301 Hospital. With over 20 years of experience in tumor radiation therapy, she has accumulated rich expertise in the comprehensive treatment of gynecological tumors and breast tumors, covering radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy.

She has presided over and completed one municipal-level scientific research project. Additionally, she has published four papers in national-level and provincial-level journals.

Currently, she holds the following positions:

● Committee member of the Radiation Therapy Committee of the Gansu Anti-Cancer Association

● Standing committee member of the Gansu Brachytherapy Professional Committee

● Committee member of the Ion Radiation Therapy Branch of the China Association of Medical Equipment

● Committee member of the Radiation Therapy Branch of the Wuwei Ant-Cancer Association

● She has been repeatedly honored as "Advanced Worker" within the hospital.
