Study Experience

He has successively visited and studied at the RPTC Proton Center in Munich, Germany, the VARIAN Training Center in the United States, Shanghai Proton and Heavy Ion Center, Beijing Cancer Hospital, and Sichuan Cancer Hospital.

Professional Expertise

He is proficient in radiation therapy for tumors of the central nervous system, head and neck, thorax, abdomen and pelvis, and extremities.

Awards and Achievements

● His clinical and research work has won the Second Prize of Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and several Science and Technology Progress Awards in Wuwei City.

● He has presided over and participated in more than 10 provincial and municipal research projects, including major special projects of Gansu science and technology, key research and development programs, and key talent projects of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee.

● As the first corresponding author, he has published 7 SCI papers and over 30 papers in domestic core-journals. He holds more than 10 invention and utility model patents related to radiation therapy.

Clinical Accomplishments

Since the clinical application of the first domestic carbon-ion treatment system, he has treated more than 700 heavy-ion cases, covering tumors in all parts of the body, achieving satisfactory results. He is one of the medical staff with rich clinical experience in the field of heavy-ion treatment in China.

Recent Appointment

In October 2024, in accordance with the requirements of the strong provincial capital strategy, he was transferred to the Lanzhou Heavy-Ion Campus of Gansu Wuwei Tumor Hospital to be responsible for patient clinical treatment work.
